How has it already been a week?!?

If you’ve been around me for any length of time you already know I am a BIG fan of quotes.
They are incredible tools for getting us thinking, for helping us to see things from a new angle, for affirming what we know to be true, and so much more.
The quote I am most grateful for in my life is:

Meister Eckhart is someone I am fascinated with, and soon I feel will be ready to dive more deeply into his teachings.
This quote of his sums up, in one beautiful and succinct sentence why I work with gratitude so much. It is, in my mind, the truest way to healing, to self-love and to a connection with the Divine in our lives.
Gratitude is pure magic, and hard won truth and grace for our weary souls.
