Will you accept it? … a midweek pause

I woke up, remembered it is already Thursday and felt like Nope! Not possible. It is, at most, only Wednesday.

Ya ever have one of those weeks?

No wonder I woke up feeling pretty run down and run over — it is already Thursday.

Whoa.

I think this calls for a pause…

Even if just for a few moments, a pause to do nothing, think of nothing, maybe even to feel nothing. A space of absolute stillness to catch my breath within.

Just a pause…
