Shannon, I just checked and the TN disabled parking permit form does NOT state you need a TN health provider to fill the form out! Please, please consider asking your Ca Dr to fill it out and get the placard for days when you just can’t. I promise, it’s not a step backward, if anything it’s a step forward because less walking will allow you less pain and exhaustion so you can enjoy more time with Sophie and be able to write more.
