We Can Be Both Amazing AND Disabled

Being disabled doesn’t preclude someone from being amazing — stop implying otherwise.

This morning I came across this Tweet:

Then I saw the original comment and I saw red:

Saying things like this is complete ableist bullshit.

It tries to erase our disabilities.

It harms us.

Stop it.
