Thanks so much, Covid-19

So be a patriot and a decent person and wear a mask. Put one on when you head into the store or other business.

Do it for yourself. Do it for others. -John Boyle

So my husband comes home from work yesterday and tells me a coworker has tested positive for Covid-19 and they are shutting the business for 14 days — but not till Sunday?…

I know he is very good at keeping his mask on and washing his hands, but still, this is scary. As he said, “This hits a little too close to home.”

Losing his income for two weeks will be a bitter pill to swallow for sure. But having him safe matters far more to me than if we pay our mortgage on time in November. Who knows? Maybe he’ll qualify for unemployment for these next two weeks.

Really though, it’s hard not to be mad as hell.

Too many folks walking around without a mask on or wearing the damn thing under their nose!

Just wear your mask people!

Just wear your damned mask, please!
