What is wrong with this bride?!? Did she expect her friend to show up with her 8yr old all dressed up and likely excited to be a flower girl and be ok being turned away?!? Asking for clarification is a part of healthy communication for goodness sake. Sounds like the OP is better off without this “friend” in her life!
